8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 stick Butter, softened
1 1/2 cup Milk
1 cup grated Parmesean Cheese
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Melt Cream Cheese, Butter, and Milk together in a saucepan. Add remaining ingrediants, Garlic Powder last. Stir with a whisk until all melted together. Pour over pasta.

Becky - this was really yummy. Even the kids loved it, which isn't always the case at dinner time over here!
because the potato puree makes it a really nice creamy consistency instead of being brothy with chunks of potato.
