Pot Stickers

1 lb. ground pork (ground beef works too)
4 Tbs. soy sauce
3 garlic gloves chopped finely1 onion chopped finely
2-3 Tbs. sesame oil
1 t salt
Mix together and let sit for a while (while you make dough)

Wrappers - the easiest is to get a package in the produce section at the grocery store of the round wrappers, but you can make your own too.
1 1/2 c flour
enough water to wet, but not make soggy
1-2 t salt
Roll out dough into 2 inch circles. Put meat in (RAW). Fold in half and pinch the side. It takes a while of practicing to make pretty!

Boil 6-8 c water. Put the dumplings in about 3-4 at a time. They will float when they are done cooking. If you want the crunchy outside, saute in 2 T of oil after they have been boiled. Dipping sauce can be soy sauce, sesame oil and green onions. Mix well.
