1 pkg. Vanilla Wafers
2 8 oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
Mix everything but wafers together. Put 1 wafer in bottom of cupcake papers. Put approx. 1 Tbsp. of filling in papers. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Refridgerate.
