Zucchini Casserole

Okay people, you MUST try this. I do not like zucchini, but this is one of my favorite dishes.

2 zucchini, sliced, cooked, and drained
3/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 Tbsp. butter
2 1/4 cup stuffing cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream

Saute carrots and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients, zucchini last. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

*I dice my zucchini up pretty small so that I can hardly notice it. You don't really taste it that much anyway.
