Fruit Pizza


CRUST
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat butters and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Roll out on jelly roll pan and bake 10 minutes at 375.

FILLING
1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 - 2 cups powdered sugar
Mix together then fold in:
4 oz. Cool Whip (about half of a container.)

Spread on top of crust and add your favorite fruit slices on top. Refrigerate.
