Guacamole is ALWAYS better homemade. It's so easy too. I don't have an exact recipe, but here is how I make it:

3 ripe avacados (dark green and barely soft=ripe)
3 squirts of lemon juice
1/8 tsp. minced garlic (I use the kind in the jar)
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix well and serve con comida!!! YUM!
